Where companies hide their billing address
Many businesses push you toward a chat bot or a help centre and keep the email off the contact page. It's often still published, just somewhere else. The places worth checking, which the finder reads for you:
- The privacy policy. Data protection laws push companies to publish a contact for privacy requests, and it's usually a monitored inbox.
- The terms of service, which often name a billing or legal contact for notices.
- Refund, returns and billing help articles in the help centre.
- The footer of the receipt or renewal email they sent you, which is why pasting it helps.
We show only what we found
A guessed address like billing@company.com looks right and quietly goes nowhere. The finder never makes one up. Each result shows the page it was read on, and email addresses show whether their domain has a mail server. Addresses for press, jobs, partnerships and sales are left out, because they won't refund anything.
Billing, refunds and cancellations rank first, then support, then general inboxes, then legal and privacy addresses as a last resort.
When there's no email at all
Some companies only take requests through a form, an in-app chat or a phone line. The finder lists those routes too. Paste the email it writes into the form so you still have the full request in your own words, and screenshot the form before you submit it.
