The service

DemandRefund writes refund and cancellation requests, phone scripts and related text from the information you give it, and finds published contact details for businesses. It is provided as-is, without warranty. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Check every email before you send it, especially the facts and any rule it mentions.

You send, you decide

DemandRefund never contacts a business on your behalf. You choose what to send, to whom, and from which account, and you are responsible for it being accurate. Use it for your own purchases or ones you are authorised to act on. Don't use it to harass a business or to make claims you know are false.

Results

A clear request improves your chances; it can't guarantee an outcome. Businesses decide refunds under their own policies and the law that applies to you. Contact details come from the business's own public pages and may be out of date.

Gmail

If you connect Gmail, you authorise DemandRefund to search your purchase and billing emails when you press Scan and to create drafts when you ask. You can disconnect at any time. See the privacy page for exactly what is read and stored.

Licences

A Pro licence key is for one person and works in up to five browsers. Sharing a key publicly may get it deactivated. The 6-month plan renews automatically every 6 months until cancelled; the lifetime plan is a single payment covering the current features and future updates to them.

Refunds

If Pro doesn't earn its price for you, email Mark@Reinventing.AI and I'll refund you. You won't need a template.

Availability

The writer depends on a third-party model provider and the Gmail scan on a third-party integration provider; either may be rate-limited or briefly unavailable. Daily limits apply to free and Pro use.

These terms may change as the product does. Material changes will be noted on this page.
