How to get a refund from Temu
Start a refund from Your Orders with the Return/Refund button, and use the support center options for missing items or a package marked delivered that never arrived. Card refunds take 5 to 14 business days, up to 30 days, or you can take Temu credit, which is faster but usually cannot be reversed or cashed out.

What Temu's help pages say about refunds
- Most items can be returned within 90 days of purchase, most electronics within 45, 60 or 90 days depending on the seller, and the return package must be sent within 14 days of the request. Source
