How to get a refund from Audible

Audible's terms say membership fees already paid are not refunded when you cancel, so most money-back cases are a billing problem (a second account, a trial that renewed, an unknown charge) raised with Audible customer service by chat or phone. Titles bought with a credit can be returned for the credit within 365 days if you are an active Premium member.

Official ways to reach Audible

Memberships billed through Apple or Google must be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play Store, and titles bought there can only be returned through that store's customer service.
