How to get a refund from Hulu
Hulu says it may issue refunds in certain circumstances at its sole discretion, so the route is to check your Account page, then call or chat with Hulu billing support. What Hulu's help pages say about refunds

- If your Account page still shows Your next charge, the subscription is still active and you need to cancel and look for the confirmation email. Source
- Changing plans or adding an add-on mid-cycle creates a prorated charge for the time left until your next billing date. Source
- Cancelling: If Hulu bills you directly, go to your Account page in a browser, select Cancel under Your Subscription, then Continue to Cancel and Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the billing cycle and are not charged again. Source

What if Hulu won't refund me?
Send one follow-up with a short deadline, keeping everything in writing. If you paid by credit card, you can dispute a charge for something not provided as agreed with your card issuer, generally within 60 days of the statement that showed it. Consumer agencies like the FTC or your state attorney general take complaints too.
