How to get a refund from Grammarly
Grammarly only refunds where the law requires it, so a renewal you simply forgot to cancel is unlikely to come back. If you were charged by mistake or there was a billing error, submit a support request and Grammarly says it will review the case.

What Grammarly's help pages say about refunds
- You can cancel at any time, but under its Terms of Service Grammarly issues refunds only when the law requires it. Source
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the standard rate using the payment method on file, and a promotional price covers only one period. Source
- For a mistaken charge or billing error, Grammarly asks you to file a support request and says it will review the case and help with the refund. Source
- Cancelling: Sign in, open the Account tab, go to Your account then Subscription, click Cancel Subscription, then Continue, pick a reason and confirm. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal and you keep access until the paid period ends. Source
